dc.description.abstractCílem této práce bylo sledování abundance kuňky žlutobřiché (Bombina variegata) v EVL Blovice. Bylo sledováno 18 (2014) resp. 22 (2015) tůní. Byly sledovány preference jednotlivých věkových stádií (adult, subadult, juvenil) v závislosti na sledovaných parametrech tůní. Kombinací metod (VIE) a přirozených vzorů byla sledována migrace adultních jedinců mezi sledovanými tůněmi. Dále byla sledována okamžitá růstová rychlost u migrujících adultních jedinců. Byl vysledován úbytek jedinců kuňky žlutobřiché v EVL Blovice. Byla potvrzena rozdílná preference tůní u jednotlivých věkových stádií kuňky žlutobřiché. U migrací nebyla zjištěna signifikantní závislost na sledovaných environmentálních parametrech, lze tedy konstatovat, že jedinci opouštěli tůně a migrovali do tůní nahodile. Z hlediska okamžité růstové rychlosti nebyla zjištěna závislost na množství srážek. Pro zachování zdejší populace byla doporučena realizace dalších výzkumů a managementu, aby zdejší populace nevymizela.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this study was to investigate the abundance of yellow-bellied toad (Bombina variegata) in the SCI Blovice. 18 (2014), Rep. 22 (2015), pools were observed. The preferences of particular different age stages (adult, subadult, juvenile) depending on the monitored parameters of the pools were observed. By the combining of methods (VIE) and pattern maps, the natural migration patterns of the adult specimens were observed within the observed pools. Furthermore, the immediate growth rate of the migrant adult specimens was observed. A decline of yellow-bellied toad specimens in EVL Blovice was discovered by the observation. A different pool preferences were validated for particular age stages of yellow-bellied toad. The migrations were not significantly influenced by the monitored environmental parameters, therefore it can be stated that particular specimens left the pools and migrated to a different one randomly. From the viewpoint of instanteneous growth rate, the dependence on precipitation has not been detected. In order to preserve the local population, the implementation of further research and management has been recommended.en
