dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na funkční styly z hlediska anglického i českého jazyka a na překlad vybraných textů. Na začátku práce je úvod a následují dvě části, teoretická a praktická část. V teoretické části je rozebíráno pět funkčních stylů. Jako první je popsán styl administrativní, poté odborný a následují styl žurnalistický a publicistický, na závěr je popsán styl umělecký. V praktické části jsou čtyři ukázkové překlady vybraných textů a jejich analýza zakončená glosářem. Na konci je závěr, který shrnuje obsah práce. Poté je přiložen seznam literatury a také přílohy s vybranými ukázkovými texty.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis Bachelor thesis is focused on functional styles from the point of view of the English and Czech languages and on translation of chosen texts. There is an introduction, followed by two parts, the theoretical and the practical. In the theoretical five of functional styles are analysed. The first one is style of official documents, then scientific prose style, the next is newspaper and publicistic style and in the end belles-lettres style is described. In the practical part there are translations and their analysis ending with a glossary. In the end is the conclusion, which sums up the whole thesis. The final part includes bibliography and appendices with selected textsen
