| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce zkoumá, do jaké míry může úroveň stresu ovlivnit duševní rovnováhu učitelů. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na vymezení pojmu stres jeho druhy, projevy, účinky a příčiny. Dále se zabývá duševní rovnováhou, osobností učitele, učitelskou profesí a stresem v profesi učitele. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na učitele různých věkových kategorií, vyučujících na 2. stupni základních škol. Ke sběru dat byl využit standardizovaný dotazník obsahující celkem 96 otázek. Údaje získané z výzkumné sondy byly vyhodnoceny kvalitativně a kvantitativně. Pro přehlednost byly graficky znázorněny. Zjišťovaná osobní úroveň stresu u učitelů byla posuzována na základě věku respondentů a součtu všech bodů z jednotlivých kategorií. Z výsledků zkoumaných skupin vyšlo najevo, že větší míru stresu prožívají pedagogové spadající do věkově kategorie 50-65 let. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis examines the level of stress which can affect the mental balance of teachers. The theoretical part is focused on the definition, the kinds of stress, its symptoms, effects and causes. It also deals with spiritual equilibrium, teacher's personality, teaching profession and the stress which affects the teaching profession. The practical part is aimed at teachers of different ages, which teach at second level of primary schools. A standardized questionnaire containing a total of 96 questions was used for data collection. The data obtained from the research are evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively. The presentation in graphs is used to clarify the issues. The investigated personal stress levels among teachers are discovered on the basis of age of the respondents and the sum of all points from each category. From the results of the studied groups, it is apparent that a greater degree of stress experienced by the teachers belongs to 50-65 years age group. | en |
