dc.description.abstractÚčelem této diplomové práce je přiblížit čtenáři metodiku vyšetřování vražd, trestný čin vraždy z trestněprávního hlediska a kriminalistické aspekty v trestním právu. Tato témata popisuji nejen v kontextu České republiky, ale také z pohledu některých zahraničních států. Zkoumané zahraniční státy jsou: Velká Británie, Ruská federace, Spolková republika Německo a Jihoafrická republika. Dalším bodem je porovnání metodiky vyšetřování vražd v jednotlivých státech.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe purpose of this diploma thesis is to introduce the reader to the methodology of homicide investigation, the crime of homicide from a legal point of view and criminological aspects in criminal law. I describe these topics not only in the context of the Czech Republic, but also from the perspective of some foreign countries. The foreign countries surveyed are: Great Britain, the Russian Federation, the Federal Republic of Germany and the Republic of South Africa. The next topic is about a comparison of the homicide investigation methodology in individual states.en
