| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá jednotlivými skutkovými podstatami sexuálně motivovaných trestných činů, které jsou páchány na dětech. Cílem této práce je podat základní exkurz do této právní problematiky široké laické veřejnosti, seznámit ji se skutkovými podstatami těchto trestných činů, analyzovat současnou právní úpravu sexuální trestné činnosti na dětech a také se zaměřit na dítě jako oběť a pachatele těchto deliktů. V práci jsem se dále soustředila na komparaci s právní úpravou této problematiky ve Velké Británii. | cs |

The aim of this thesis is to provide a basic outlook of the legal area to a wider public, introduce the elements of the criminal offences, analyze the current state of the legal framework on sexual criminal offences on children and also focus on a child as a victim as well as an offender in these cases. In my work, I also focused on the comparison with the legal regulation of this issue in Great Britain. | en |
