dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na konstrukční navrhování valivých ložisek, z toho především na správnou volbu souvisejících dílů. Jedná se přitom o fázi při návrhu konstrukce, ve které volby konstruktéra zásadně ovlivňují výsledný chod soustrojí. Naproti tomu sám konstruktér neovlivní funkce, rozměry, geometrii, toleranci a další vlastnosti určitého typu ložiska, protože jsou již dány výrobou. Ovšem i při vhodně zvoleném typu a velikosti ložiska může konstruktér značně znehodnotit volbu ložiska často právě nevhodným návrhem souvisejících dílů. Této fázi při návrhu ložiska je tedy zapotřebí věnovat větší důraz při zaškolování začínajících konstruktérů. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je příprava podkladů sloužících jako dva studijní materiály pro tyto účely, z nichž jeden představuje manuál podporující konstruktéra při efektivní volbě souvisejících dílů a druhý pak souhrn chybných voleb uložení s popisem příčin, důsledků a návrhů správného řešení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Bachelor thesis focuses on construction design of rolling bearings, and in that before all on correct selection of pertaining parts. This is the stage of construction design in which the choices the designer makes substantially affect the final operation of the machine. And yet, the designer alone cannot affect functions, dimensions, geometry, tolerance and other features of a specific type of bearing, as these are pre-set from manufacturer. However, even with properly selected type and size of bearings the designer may quite depreciate the selction of a bearing by a wrong selection of pertaining parts. Thus, great focus is needed at this stage of bearing designing when training junior designers. The aim of my Bachelor thesis is the preparation of support material that will serve as two study materials for these purposes. One of them represents a guide supporting a designer in efficient selection of pertaining parts, the other is a summary of wrong choices of placement incl uding the description of causes and effects, and also suggestions of a correct solution.en
