dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je zpracována na téma Přínosy a nevýhody práce na home office pro konkrétní podnik. Jako vhodný podnik pro tuto práci byla zvolena obchodní společnost Makro Cash & Carry ČR s.r.o. se sídlem v Praze. Hlavním cílem této práce je zjištění, jak vnímají zaměstnanci plnění pracovních úkolů formou home office a jaký na ně má tento způsob práce vliv. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, a to na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je rozebrána problematika práce formou home office a jednotlivé přínosy, ale zároveň i nevýhody, které z jejího využívání plynou. Praktická část této bakalářské práce je věnována shromažďování a zjištění informací pomocí dotazníkového řešení a rozhovorů, na jejichž základě byly vyvozeny již konkrétní přínosy a nevýhody práce na dálku pro tuto firmu. Na závěr práce byla vytvořena samostatná kapitola s novými návrhy a opatřeními, které navazují na zjištěná a popsaná negativa.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is based on the topic Benefits and disadvantages of home office work for a specific company. As a suitable enterprise for this thesis was chosen the trading company Cash & Carry ČR s.r.o. based in Prague. The main objective of this thesis is to find out how employees perceive the performance of work tasks in the form of home office and what effect this way of working has on them. The bachelor thesis is divided into two main parts, namely the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the issue of home office work and the individual benefits, but also the disadvantages that arise from its use are discussed. The practical part of this bachelor's thesis is devoted to collecting and finding out information by means of questionnaire solutions and interviews, on the basis of which the specific benefits and disadvantages of telecommuting for this company have already been deduced. At the end of the thesis, a separate chapter has been created with new suggestions and measures that build on the identified and described negatives.en
