dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na téma Právní úprava mezinárodního obchodu s ohroženými druhy. Prvně popisuje nástroje právní regulace, následně orgány tyto nástroje aplikující, a to jak na úrovni mezinárodní, tak i na úrovni Evropské unie a na úrovni národní, tedy v České republice. Podstatná část této práce je věnována postavení a činnost Celní správy ČR jako jednoho z orgánů CITES v ČR podílející se na ochraně ohrožených druhů. Rovněž máme možnost seznámit se se sankcemi, jež jsou ukládány v případě odhalení nelegálního obchodování s ohroženými druhy. Na závěr této práce jsou umístěny fotografie, prostřednictvím kterých si můžeme představit, za jakým účelem jsou vzácné druhy zvířat nehumánně usmrcovány.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis is focused on the Legal Regulation of International Trade in Endangered Species. First, it describes the instruments of legal regulation, then the authorities apply these instruments, both on the international level, the European union level and on the national level, ie in the Czech Republic. A substantial part of this thesis is devoted to the position and activity of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic as one of the CITES authorities in the protection of endangered species. We also have the opportunity to get acquainted with the sanctions that are imposed in case of detection of trafficking in endangered species. At the end of this thesis are placed photos, through which we can imagine for what purpose rare species of animals are inhumanly killed.en
