Bossing v ošetřovatelství / Vertical violence in the nursing profession

Abstract

Příspěvek představuje výsledky diplomové práce části empirického výzkumu zvoleného tématu. Prováděn byl za pomocí rozhovorů v délce 25 až 40 minut, a to na vzorku 6 všeobecných sester. Zjištěné informace byly tříděny do několika kategorií od příčiny, formy bossingu po reakce obětí. Uvádíme i některá konkrétní tvrzení, které doplňují a konkretizují jednotlivé problémy.The paper presents the results of the thesis part of the empirical research on the chosen topic. It was conducted using interviews of 25 to 40 minutes in length, with a sample of six general nurses. The findings were classified into several categories ranging from the cause, the form of bossing and the reactions of the victims. Some specific statements are also provided to complement and specify the issues.
