dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce na téma ''Alternativní výživové styly'' se zabývá problematikou alternativních výživových stylů a jejich vlivem na zdraví. Obsahuje kapitoly o základních složkách výživy, alternativních výživových stylech, důvodech, které vedou lidi k jejich zvolení, a zdravotních pozitivech či negativech onoho stylu. V praktické části zjišťuji informovanost studentů Střední zdravotnické školy v Karlových Varech o alternativních výživových stylech. Dále zjišťuji, zda se někteří studenti podle alternativních výživových stylů stravují, na jakém oboru jich je nejvíce, a jaké důvody je ke změně stravování vedly. Dále také zjišťuji informovanost studentů o možných zdravotních rizicích, která mohou z alternativních výživových stylů plynout.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis 'Alternative nutrition styles'' thesis deals with the issue of alternative nutritional styles and their impact on health. It contains chapters about basic nutritional elements, alternative nutritional styles, reasons that lead people to their election, and health positives or negatives of given routines. In the practical part I examine the awareness about alternative nutritional styles of students from Secondary Medical School in Carlsbad. Furthermore, I examine if some of the students follow any of the alternative practices, on which specialization they are the most, and what reasons led them to change their diet. Moreover, I review students' knowledge about potentional health risks, that might arise from alternative nutritional styles.en
