dc.description.abstractTématem bakalářské práce je Vliv celosvětové finanční krize na vybraný ekonomický subjekt. Jako ekonomický subjekt je zvolena společnost Cargospol, spol. s r. o., zabývající se kamionovou dopravou na území Evropy. První kapitola přibližuje vznik celosvětové finanční krize v USA a její rozšíření do dalších zemí a nato navazuje druhá kapitola s popsáním finanční krize v České republice. Třetí kapitola definuje krizi v oblasti autodopravy v České republice a v následující čtvrté kapitole je již charakterizována společnost Cargospol. V dalších kapitolách je analyzována celosvětovou krizí zhoršená finanční situace společnosti pomocí metod finanční analýzy a poté jsou zhodnoceny možné příčiny a dopady finanční krize ve společnosti. Hlavní cíl této bakalářské práce je aplikace jednotlivých analýz na společnost Cargospol a poté návrh možných řešení pro efektivnější fungování společnosti, zejména rozvoj obchodního oddělení, zlepšení propagačních činností firmy a dále rozšíření základny solventních zákazníků.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theme of this bachelor´s thesis is the influence of the global financial crisis on a chosen economic subject. As the economic subject I selected the company Cargospol Ltd. which provides truck transport on the European continent. The first chapter focuses on the origin of the global financial crisis in the USA and its spread to other countries; the second chapter follows with the description of the financial crisis in the Czech Republic. The third chapter defines the crisis in the field of road transport in the Czech Republic and in the next fourth chapter the company Cargospol is characterized. The following chapters contain the analysis of the financial situation of the company affected by the global crisis. It is conducted with the help of the methods of financial analysis and subsequently the prospective causes and impacts of the financial crisis on the company are assessed. The main objective of this bachelor´s thesis is the application of the individual analyses to the company Cargospol followed by a suggestion for possible solutions of running the company more efficiently, especially in terms of the development of the sales department, the improvement of company´s promotional activities and also by extending the base of solvent clients.en
