dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zpracována na téma "Projekt a jeho plán". Nejprve definuje projekt a projektový management. Dále popisuje základní náležitosti, které musí projekt splňovat. Důležitým bodem je především plánování projektu a s ním spojené tvoření jednotlivých plánů. Cílem mé práce je provést analýzu konkrétního reálného projektu Forest Hotel Beroun, který plánuje společnost Beroun Golf Club. Jednalo se o popis vybrané společnosti a projektu. Následně jsem sestavila logický rámec projektu, seznam zainteresovaných stran, WBS, plán zdrojů, časový plán, plán komunikace, identifikovala a zhodnotila rizika. Všechny tyto plány mají při následné realizaci komplexu pomoci ke zdárnému dokončení celého projektu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Bachelor thesis is elaborated on the topic "Project and its plan". Firstly, the thesis defines project and project management. It also describes the basic requirements that the project must meet. The important point is especially the project planning and the associated creation of individual plans. The aim of my work is to analyze a concrete real project Forest Hotel Beroun, which is planned by Beroun Golf Club. The description of the selected company and project was made in the practical part of the thesis. Subsequently, I set up the logical framework of the project, the WBS, the resource plan, the schedule, the communication and finally I identified and evaluated the risks. All these plans are intended to help in the successful completion of the project in the subsequent implementation of the complex.en
