dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce zkoumá proces získávání a výběru nových příslušníků u Policie České republiky. Práce se zaměřuje na základní pojmy z oblasti personalistiky, charakteristiku policejního sboru, podrobný popis postupu vyhledávání a výběru, včetně požadavků a metod hodnocení uchazečů. V další části práce je proveden průzkum této problematiky z pohledu stávajících příslušníků policie. Hlavním cílem je poskytnout zhodnocení těchto procesů a navrhnout změny směřující ke zlepšení oslovení, přilákání a výběru vhodných kandidátů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis examines the process of recruitment and selection of new members of the Police of the Czech Republic. The thesis focuses on basic concepts in the field of personnel management, characteristics of the police force, a detailed description of the search and selection process, including requirements and methods of evaluation of candidates. In the next part of the thesis, a survey of this issue is conducted from the perspective of current police officers. The main objective is to provide an assessment of these processes and suggest changes to improve the approach, attraction and selection of suitable candidates.en
