dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá stanovením indikátorů výkonnosti pro strategický controlling ve společnosti KLAUS Timber a.s. Společnost se zabývá zpracováním dřevní hmoty a vyrábí více než 200 druhů typizovaných i netypizovaných dřevných obalů. V první kapitole práce je popsána charakteristika, historie a organizace společnosti. Také se zde nachází analýza ekonomického auditu společnosti pro období 2008 - 2010. V následující kapitole jsou z poslání a vize společnosti stanoveny strategické cíle pro období 2011-2013. Při respektování strategických cílů je vyvozena analýza podnikatelského prostředí, které je popsáno z makro, mezo a mikroprostředí společnosti. Na základě formulované vize a strategických cílů bude sestaven finanční plán pro plánované období 2011-2013. Z analýzy rizik jsou vyvozeny krátkodobé cíle pro potřebu implementace strategického plánu. Dále jsou stanoveny klíčové indikátory výkonnosti, s jejichž pomocí jsou zpracovány strategické scénáře pro jednotlivé roky. Poslední část práce je zaměřena na návrh indikátorů pro potřeby strategického controllingu a popis jeho úlohy v interních procesech společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the performance indicators setting for strategic controlling in the KLAUS Timber joint-stock company. The company is engaged in wood materials processing and produces more than 200 types of standardized and non-standardized wood packaging. In the first chapter it is described the company´s characteristics, history, social organization and an economic analysis of the audit for the period of 2008-2010. In the next chapter there are defined the strategic objectives for the period of 2011-2013 based on the company´s mission and vision. By respecting the strategic objectives there is drawn an analysis from the business environment which is described in its macro, meso and micro environment. There will be made a financial plan for the scheduled period of 2011-2013 based on the formulated vision and strategic objectives. According to the risk analysis there is also a need for short-term objectives for the strategic plan implementation. Furthermore there are defined key performance indicators which help to develop strategic scenarios for each year. The last part of this thesis is focused on the indicators design for the needs of strategic controlling and description of its role in the company´s internal processes.en
