dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá trestněprávními a kriminalistickými aspekty násilné trestné činnosti, přičemž je zaměřena především na trestné činy proti životu. Je rozdělena do jednotlivých kapitol, z nichž první dvě charakterizují pojem násilné trestné činnosti z pohledu trestního práva a z pohledu kriminalistiky. Další kapitoly se poté zabývají trestnými činy proti životu, kdy práce rozebírá platnou právní úpravu, uvádí příklady z judikatury a pojednává o otázkách bezprostředně souvisejících s danými trestnými činy. Poslední část práce pak obsahuje komparaci právní úpravy trestných činů proti životu v českém a slovenském právu, kdy vychází zejm. z platné právní úpravy, komentářové literatury a rozhodovací praxe soudů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis deals with the criminal law aspects and the forensic aspects of a violent crime while focusing especially on the crimes against life. The thesis is divided into seven parts. The first two parts characterize a concept of the violent crime from the perespective of the criminal law and from the perespective of the criminalistics. The other parts then deal with the crimes against life while the valid and effective legal regulation is being described, the judicial exaples are being discussed and also other questions coming from these crimes are being pointed out. The last part of the thesis presents a brief comparsion with the legal regulation of the crimes against life in the Slovak Republic. The sources used in the thesis are valid and effective legal regulations of the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic, the specialised literature and the judicial practice.en
