Cílem práce je navržení takové strategie na základě zpracované literární rešerše, interní analýzy zkoumaného podniku a externí analýzy zvoleného trhu, a následná identifikace problematických oblastí této strategie včetně jejího zhodnocení. Literární rešerši je věnována první část práce, zatímco druhá část práce je vyhrazena pro vlastní analýzy, formulaci strategie a vyhodnocení. | cs |
