dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá řízením zásob ve společnosti ComWa, s.r.o., která se zabývá kovovýrobou. Popisuje charakteristiky zásob, strategie a koncepty řízení zásob v teoretické rovině. Blíže je zaměřena na koncepty JIT, Kanban, MRP a na ABC analýzu. Společnost ComWa, s.r.o. je zde představena a pomocí ekonomických ukazatelů je uveden její vývoj během posledních let. Práce obsahuje analýzu silných a slabých stránek řízení zásob v podniku a ABC analýzu materiálových položek klíčového produktu. Na základě těchto metod jsou uvedena doporučující opatření, která mohou vést ke zvýšení efektivity řízení zásob a tím ke snížení nákladů společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the topic of management of supplies in the company ComWa, Ltd., which deals with the metal production. The thesis describes the characteristics of stocks, strategies and inventory management concepts at a theoretical level. Great attention is paid to the concepts JIT, Kanban, MRP and ABC analysis. The company ComWa, Ltd. is introduced there and the company´s development over recent years is set with the use of economic indicators. The thesis also includes the analysis of the strengths and the weaknesses in the inventory management in the company and the ABC analysis of material items of the key product. Based on these methods there are given some recommendations that may lead to the increase of efficiency of inventory management and thereby to reduction of the company's costs.en
