dc.description.abstractPráce řeší po teoretické i praktické stránce realizaci podnikového plánu pro společnost podnikající v oblasti internetového prodeje specializovaného sportovního vybavení. Komplexně je popsán postup založení společnosti od výběru formy podnikání a analýzy odvětví přes zpracování marketingového a finančního plánu až po celkové zhodnocení podnikatelského záměru. Práce je založena na reálných zkušenostech s vybudováním internetového obchodu 4riders.cz, který sloužil jako podklad pro práci.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe work deals with a realization of a business plan for a company operating in the field of internet trading and focusing on specialized sport equipment. The process of establishing is elaborated both from theoretical and practical point of view. The work describes in a complex way the procedure of company foundation beginning from selection of proper form of trading and analysis of the field over an elaboration of marketing and financial plan up to overall evaluation of the business plan. The work is based on real experiences with building of an internet e-shop 4riders.cz, which has been used as a base for the work.en
