dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou odlišností mezi generacemi v oblasti chování, motivace, a postojů, skrze statistické testy na datech získaných za pomoci dotazníku. Nejprve jsou zde zakotvena pro praktickou část relevantní teoretická východiska související s personálním managementem, a poté jsou představeny zkoumané generace, které následuje metodika práce. V praktické části dochází k představení získaných dat, a jejich následnému podrobení 3 odlišným analýzám, jejichž výsledky jsou poté souhrnně a detailně popsány. Doporučení pro podnikovou praxi je v závěrečné části práce vyvozeno spojením teoretických podkladů s právě těmito výsledky, doplněnými o autorovu interpretaci.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with an analysis of differences between generations in a field of behavior, motivation, and stances, through statistical tests on data acquired by a questionnaire. First there are anchored for practical part relevant theoretical starting points related to personal management, and then there are introduced examined generations, which is followed by work methodology. Within practical part are being introduced acquired data, and their following subjection to 3 different analyses, whose results are later in summary described in detail. Recommendation for business practice is in the final part of this thesis derived by joining the theoretical foundation with these results, supplemented by an author´s interpretation.en
