dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce pojednává o jednom ze specifických typů cestovního ruchu, o gastronomickém cestovním ruchu. Začátek práce připravuje teoretické základy pro následné detailní seznámení s gastronomickým cestovním ruchem. Z důvodu přehlednosti je pracováno s rozdělením na jídelní a nápojový cestovní ruch. Následuje dotazníkové šetření na téma gastronomický cestovní ruch a SWOT analýza Plzeňského kraje. Práce je uzavírána devíti návrhy zlepšujících opatření, které by mohly vést k posílení pivní turistiky v Plzeňském kraji. Za stěžejní je považován návrh cestovní kanceláře, nabízející zájezdy za pivem do Plzeňského kraje.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedBachelor's thesis analyzes one of the specific types of tourism - "Gastronomic Tourism". The introduction of the thesis sets theoretical base for the following detailed analysis of gastronomic tourism. The gastronomic tourism is further differentiated into the dining tourism and the tourism of beverage degustation due to the organizational purposes. The gastronomic tourism analysis is followed by survey results on the same subject and SWOT analysis of Pilsen region. The thesis is concluded by nine different proposals enhancing the precautions that could lead to the expansion of beer tourism in Pilsen region. The offer made by the travel agency offering beer tours to Pilsen region is a key proposal.en
