| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce se zabývá firemní kulturou a její rolí při implementace strategie konkrétní firmy (CRV Czech Republic). Na začátku práce byl vytvořen strategický plán společnosti CRV Czech Republic obsahující poslání, vizi a strategické cíle. Byly provedeny analýzy směřující ke zvolení nejvhodnější strategie k naplnění stanovených strategických cílů. Strategie byla implementována pomocí metodiky Balanced Scorecard. Dále se práce zabývá firemní kulturou jako takovou a diskutuje význam kultury při implementaci strategie. Je stanovena žádoucí firemní kultura, která svým obsahem podporuje naplnění strategických cílů. Žádoucí firemní kultura je konfrontována se stávající kulturou společnosti CRV Czech Republic. Závěrem práce jsou prostřednictvím iniciativ definována opatření vedoucí k tvorbě žádoucí firemní kultury a jsou diskutována případná rizika. V budoucnosti je možné dále sledovat a analyzovat vývoj společnosti, reflektovat účinnost zvolených opatření a upravovat nebo zpracovávat nové návrhy. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This work is focused on the corporate culture and its role in the implementation strategy of the specific company (CRV Czech Republic). In the first part the work deals with the strategic plan of the company CRV Czech Republic. The plan contains mission, vision and strategic objectives. There were made a lot of analyses in this thesis to choose the most possible strategies, thank to the objectives could be achieved. The method of Balanced Scorecard is used for the implementation strategy. In the following part the work deals with a corporate culture itself and discusses an importance of culture in the implementation strategy. The work describes a preferred culture, which supports an achievement of the objectives. The preferred culture is compared with the current culture. There were defined actions to the preferred culture creation in the final part of the work and potential risks were discussed. It is possible to notice and analyze a development of the company, efficiency of the actions and set or make new suggestions in the future. | en |
