dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na situaci na trzích práce ve vybraných zemích Evropské unie. Cílem práce je zmapovat vývoj míry zaměstnanosti a nezaměstnanosti a porovnat tyto ukazatele se stanovenými cíli strategie zaměstnanosti Evropské unie, tzn. Lisabonská strategie do roku 2010 a Evropská strategie zaměstnanosti v rámci programu Evropa 2020. Práce se také dotýká různých přístupů ke státní politice zaměstnanosti, výdajů na politiku zaměstnanosti a její financování prostřednictvím Evropského sociálního fondu. Následně jsou také definovány další faktory, které ve vybraných zemích ovlivňují problematiku zaměstnanosti, nezaměstnanosti a obecně situaci na místních trzích práce.?cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis is focused on the situation of the labour market in selected countries of the European Union. The aim is to monitor the development of the employment and unemployment rates and to compare these with the targets in employment strategy established by the European Union. That means Lisbon strategy till 2010 and European employment strategy within the Europe 2020 programme. This thesis also concerns various approaches to labour market policies, labour market policies expenditure and its financing by European social fund in selected countries. Subsequently, there are also other factors defined, which influence the issues of employment, unemployment and the situation of the local labour markets generally.en
