dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na preimplantační genetické vyšetření aneuploidií (PGT-A), které může být součástí cyklu IVF, pokud se páru nedaří otěhotnět ani po opakovaných IVF cyklech. Během vyšetření PGT-A genetická laboratoř narazí i na embrya, která nejsou klasifikována jako euploidní - normální (vhodná k embryotransferu (ET)). Mohou narazit na aneuploidní embrya, která nejsou vhodná k transferu, ale i na tzv. mozaiková embrya, u kterých je více buněčných linií (např. euploid - aneuploidní linie) pocházející z jedné zygoty. Mozaiky jsou novým fenoménem provázející vyšetření PGT-A a jsou spojeny se zahájením užívání metody sekvenování nové generace (NGS).cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor's thesis focuses on pre-implantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A), which can be part of an IVF cycle if the couple is unable to conceive even after repeated IVF cycles. During the PGT-A examination, the genetic laboratory also encoun-ters embryos that are not classified as euploid-normal (suitable for embryo transfer (ET)). They may come across aneuploid embryos, which are not suitable for transfer, but also so-called mosaic embryos, in which there are several cell lines (e.g. euploid - aneuploid line) originating from one zygote. Mosaics are a new phenomenon accompanying the examina-tion of PGT-A and are associated with the start of the use of the next generation sequenc-ing (NGS) method.en
