dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce byla vytvořena za účelem zjištění existence a implementace moderních trendů 21. století ve společnostech. Cílem práce bylo tedy zjistit, jak jsou na tom podniky s manažerskými technikami a trendy. Teoretická část se na začátku týká definování základních pojmů v oboru managementu, manažerských funkcí a rozebírá manažerské techniky a trendy v plánování. Praktická část se zabývá vyhodnocením dotazníkového šetření, kterého se účastnilo 88 respondentů. Výsledky jsou prezentovány pomocí grafů a kontingenčních tabulek a v poslední oblasti jsou demonstrovány závěry. Dále jsou v této části uvedeny praktické ukázky společností, které implementovaly moderní trendy, a tím posunuli společnost dál. Obsahem závěru je shrnutí teoretické a praktické části.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis was created in order to determine the existence and implementation of modern trends of the 21st century in companies. The aim of the work was to find out how companies with managerial techniques and trends are doing. The theoretical part initially concerns the definition of basic concepts in the field of management, managerial functions and discusses managerial techniques and trends in planning. The practical part deals with the evaluation of a questionnaire survey, which was attended by 88 respondents. The results are presented using graphs and contingency tables, and the conclusions are demonstrated in the last area. Furthermore, this section provides practical examples of companies that have implemented modern trends and thus moved the company forward. The content of the conclusion is a summary of the theoretical and practical part.en
