dc.description.abstractPředmětem této práce je právní úprava operativně pátracích prostředků v sousedních státech tvořících společně s Českou republikou tzv. Visegrádskou čtyřku - tedy Slovenska, Maďarska a Polska. V jednotlivých kapitolách byla provedena nejprve rešerše platné právní úpravy jednotlivých zemí a následně komparace s právní úpravou České republiky s cílem identifikovat nejmarkantnější rozdíly. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, zda je de lege ferenda vhodné se zahraničními právními úpravami inspirovat a případně dospět k návrhům legislativních změn.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subject of this thesis is the legal regulation of operative search means in neighboring states forming together with the Czech Republic, the so-called Visegrad Four - Slovakia, Hungary and Poland. In the individual chapters the research of the valid legal regulations of individual countries was carried out and then the comparison with the legal regulations of the Czech Republic was carried out in order to identify the most significant differences. The main objective was to find out whether it is appropriate to inspire de lege ferenda with foreign legislation and to come up with proposals for legislative changes.en
