dc.description.abstract-translatedExtraditional proceedings are a special type of criminal proceedings and a distinct international element. This international element is then strongly reflected in the specific rules on how to approach certain provisions of the bar tariff when charging fees after the final conclusion of the proceedings. The paper focuses on a brief discussion of some of the differences in specifics, which shows the billing and subsequent review of the attorney’s remuneration and reimbursement of cash expenses in the handover proceedings, including an indication of the author’s own opinions.en
