dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na realizaci strategického plánu podniku za použití nástroje implementace zvaného Balanced Scorecard. Téma bylo zpracováno na základě teoretických poznatků dané problematiky, které byly následně aplikovány do praxe. Hlavními použitými metodami pro zpracování diplomové práce jsou analýza prostředí a z ní vzešlé matice EFE a IFE, finanční analýza, metoda INFA nutná pro výpočet nákladů vlastního kapitálu, ukazatel EVA, Balanced Scorecard, strategická mapa, finanční plánování či analýza rizik. Výstupem zpracované práce je návrh implementačního postupu pro realizaci strategického plánu podniku dle zásad moderní metodiky Balanced Scorecard.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedPresented work is focused on the implementation of the strategic plan by using the Balanced Scorecard method. The theme was based on theoretical knowledge and its application in practice. Among main methods that have been used in the preparation of the thesis belong analysis of the environment, EFE and IFE matrix, financial analysis, method INFA necessary to calculate the cost of equity, EVA, Balanced Scorecard, Strategy Map, financial planning or risk analysis. The outcome of the thesis concept of implementation procedure for strategic business plan according to the principles of modern methodology called Balanced Scorecard.en
