Abstract
Článek pojednává o tématu pseudoarcheologie a jejím přínosu pro archeologii. Konkrétně se zabývá tématikou teorie archeoastronautiky, základními předpoklady a problémy, které se objevují ve spojitosti s tímto fenoménem. Jedná se o základní přehled pramenné základny, se kterou pseudoarcheolologové a další autoři pracují ve svých publikacích a její kritické zhodnocení. Dále pojednává o vztahu široké veřejnosti k archeologickým a pseudoarcheologickým tématům.
The article deals with the topic of pseudoarchaeology and its contribution to archeology. In particular, it deals with the theme of ancient aliens theory, the basic assumptions and problems that arise in connection with this phenomenon. This is a basic overview of the source base with which pseudoarchaeologists and other authors work in their publications and its critical appreciation. It also deals with the general public's relation to archaeological and pseudoarchaeological themes.
