dc.description.abstractCílem této bakalářské práce, je vypracování podnikatelského plánu společnosti Softmedia.cz se sídlem v Hradci Králové. Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část obsahuje charakteristiku a podstatu podnikatelského plánu včetně jeho náležitostí. Tyto teoretické poznatky jsou dále implementovány v praktické části bakalářské práce, kterou je podnikatelský plán výše uvedené společnosti. V teoretické části je nejprve představena historie společnosti Softmedia.cz, dále je zde zpracovaný model Canvas, komplexní podnikatelský plán s vypracovanou marketingovou strategií, analýzou trhu, analýzou konkurence, SWOT analýzou, analýzou rizik a zpracovaným finančním plánem. Na závěr bylo provedeno zhodnocení životaschopnosti podnikatelského plánu a navržena potřebná opatření k bezpečné implementaci služby na cílový trh.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe goal of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate a business plan of company Softmedia.cz with headquarters in the city of Hradec Králové. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part consists of characteristics and purpose of business plan, including its requirements. These findings are implemented in the practical part of the bachelor thesis, which is the business plan of the previously mentioned company. Firstly, the theoretical part is focused on introduction of the company Softmedia.cz. Then there is an elaboration of Canvas model, complex business plan with thoroughly elaborated marketing strategy, market analysis, analysis of competition, SWOT analysis, analysis of risks and financial plan. The conclusion of the thesis is dedicated to evaluation of the business plan viability and design of necessary measures in order to perform a safe implementation of the service to target market.en
