| dc.description.abstract | Předkládaná práce je zaměřena na odhalení problémů na trhu práce v okrese Plzeň-město. Teoretická část se skládá z charakteristiky trhu práce, nezaměstnanosti a politiky zaměstnanosti. V praktické části je provedena analýza trhu práce v daném okrese v letech 2013 až 2018. Potřebné statistické údaje pocházejí z Integrovaného portálu Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí. Na základě této analýzy došlo k zhodnocení situace na trhu práce a byla navržena vhodná opatření. Poslední část práce je věnována problematice agenturního zaměstnávání. Nachází se zde popis služeb, které agentury mohou poskytovat a jaké jsou jejich dopady na nabídku a poptávku na trhu práce. Kromě toho se práce zaměřuje i na zaměstnávání cizinců prostřednictvím agentur. V poslední kapitole je objasněn pojem zastřené agenturní zaměstnávání, což představuje v současné době jeden z největších problémů na trhu práce. Výstupy z této bakalářské práce by mohly využít firmy, kterým se nedaří sehnat vhodné zaměstnance, jelikož zde mohou najít různé způsoby řešení této situace. Zároveň práce může sloužit i široké veřejnosti, a to především vysvětlením problematiky agenturního zaměstnávání, která v mnoha případech není správně chápána. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis is focused on detecting problems of the labour market in the district of Pilsen-city. The theoretical part consists of characteristic of a labour market, unemployment and employment policies. In the practical part an analysis is carried out of the labour market from the 2013 to 2018. The necessary statistical data come from the Integrated Portal of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. Based on the analysis, the situation of the labour market was evaluated and suitable measures suggested. In the last part attention is paid to the issue of employment agencies. There is description of services they offer and their impact on demand and supply on the labour market. In addition, this bachelor thesis is also focused on employing foreigners via employment agencies. In the last part the term disguised agency employment is clarified, which currently represent one of the biggest problems of the labour market. The outcomes of this bachelor thesis could be used by companies that are not successful in finding suitable employees because here they can find various ways to solve this situation. At the same time, this bachelor thesis can also serve to the general public, especially by explaining the issue of employment agencies, which in many cases is not correctly understood. | en |
