| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou a zhodnocením motivační politiky, v rámci níž je hlavním cílem návrh efektivního motivačního programu, který by vedl k realizaci strategických cílů a podpořil by naplnění strategického plánu firmy. První část je zaměřena na představení společnosti a formulaci strategického záměru včetně stanovených cílů. Za pomoci metodiky Balanced Scorecard jsou strategické cíle rozpracovány do dílčích úkolů. Druhá část je věnována hlavnímu tématu motivace, popisu a analýze využívaných metod a procesů ve firmě. Za pomoci dvou dotazníkových šetření (skóre motivačního potenciálu práce, všeobecného dotazníku motivace) a individuálních pohovorů je stávající motivační politika zhodnocena. Následně je sestaven soubor hlavních úkolů v rámci motivační politiky a navržena metodika pro řízení výkonnosti. V závěru práce jsou identifikována potenciální rizika včetně ekonomického zhodnocení. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis focuses on the analysis and evaluation of motivational policy. The main objective is to design measures that would lead to the realization of strategic targets and promote fulfillment of the company strategic plan. The first part focuses on an introduction to the company and formulation of the strategic plan, including the objectives. For the Balanced Scorecard of methods there are defined strategic subtasks for monitoring the strategic targets. The second part is devoted to the main topic of motivation, description and analysis of methods and processes in the company. There are two surveys (motivational potential score and general motivation questionnaire) and individual interviews with employees, covering the evaluation of motivation policy. Subsequently, a set of major challenges in the context of motivational policy are outlined, with a methodology for performance management. In conclusion, potential risks are identified, together with an economic evaluation. | en |
