dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na interní komunikaci v organizaci. Teoretická část je věnována definici komunikace a komunikačnímu procesu. V práci je představena vybraná komunikační teorie, konkrétně transakční analýza. Práce je dále věnována druhům komunikace, komunikaci v organizační struktuře podniku a prostředkům komunikace. Poslední kapitola teoretické části je zaměřena na efektivnost komunikace. Praktická část práce je věnována analýze interní komunikace ve firmě LAGARDE Spedition spol. s.r.o. Důležité poznatky pro praktickou část byly získány z rozhovorů se zaměstnanci organizace a z dotazníkového šetření. V práci je uvedeno několik doporučení pro zlepšení interní komunikace v organizaci.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis focuses on internal communication in the organization. The theoretical part is devoted to the definitor of communication ant the communication process. The thesis presents a selected communication theory, specifically transactional analysis. Thesis is alsodevoted to the type sof communiction. The last charter of the theoretical part is focused on the effectiveness of communication. The practical part of the work is devoted to the analysis of internal communication in the company LAGARDE Spedition spol. s.r.o. Important findings for the practical part were obtained from interwiev with employees of the organization and from a questionnaire survey. The thesis contains several recommendations for improving internal communication in the organization.en
