dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Pro pochopení problematiky jsou nejdříve v teoretické části vymezeny základní pojmy související s motivací. V praktické části je nejdříve představena vybraná společnost a je popsán její stávající motivační systém. Dále je v praktické části uvedeno realizované dotazníkové šetření a jsou prezentovány jeho výsledky. Na základě výsledků tohoto šetření je zhodnocen motivační systém z pohledu zaměstnanců společnosti a v závěru práce jsou navržena vhodná doporučení ke zlepšení tohoto systému.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the topic of employee motivation in a selected company. To understand the issue, the basic concepts related to motivation are first defined in the theoretical part. The practical part first introduces the selected company and describes its current motivation system. Furthermore, the practical part presents the implemented questionnaire survey and its results are presented. Based on the results of this survey, the motivation system is evaluated from the perspective of the company's employees and at the end of this work are proposed appropriate recommendations to improve this system.en
