dc.description.abstractPředmětem této rigorózní práce jsou předpoklady dědění, a to smrt fyzické osoby, existence pozůstalosti, právní důvod dědění, výslovný projev vůle a způsobilost být dědicem, kterému je věnována větší část této práce. Jejím cílem je zhodnotit současnou právní úpravu a judikaturu oproti praktickým příkladům a jejich řešení v praxi.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subject matter of this thesis is the prerequisites for inheritance, namely the death of the testator, the existence of the estate, the legal ground of inheritance, the express expression of the will of the heir called upon and the inheritance incapacity to which the greater part of this thesis is devoted. Its aim is to evaluate the current legislation and case law against practical examples and their solutions in practice.en
