dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou rodinných politik a nástrojů podpory rodin s dětmi ve třech vybraných zemích OECD České republice, Německu a Švédsku. První kapitola se zaměřuje na vymezení rodinné politiky, právní úpravy a popisů nástrojů přímé finanční podpory rodin s dětmi v rámci zemí OECD. Následující tři kapitoly popisují rodinnou politiku v každé z vybraných zemí. Největší pozornost je věnována rozboru tří nástrojů finanční podpory rodin s dětmi přídavku na dítě, porodnému a rodičovskému příspěvku. Cílem následující kapitoly je demonstrace těchto tří nástrojů na modelových příkladech rodin. Poslední kapitola porovnává a shrnuje vybrané nástroje rodinných politik v České republice, Německu a Švédsku a navrhuje možná zlepšení, která by mohla Česká republika implementovat.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of family policies and the tools used for the support of family with children in three selected OECD countries the Czech Republic, Germany and Sweden. The first chapter of the thesis focuses on the definition of family policy, legislation and description of direct financial support of family with children within OECD countries. The following three chapters describe the family policy in each of the selected countries. The main attention is paid to the three tools of family support child allowance, birth grant and parental allowance. The aim of the following chapter is the demonstration of the three tools based on model families. The final chapter compares and summarize the particular tools of family policies in the Czech Republic, Germany and Sweden and suggests recommendation for family policy in the Czech Republic.en
