| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo provést determinaci fauny pavouků, žijících v přírodní rezervaci Zlín. Výzkum byl zahájen 2. 4. 2014 a následně byl ukončen 9. 11. 2014. Teoretická část nám přiblíží vybranou lokalitu PR Zlín z různých pohledů, doplněných o zajímavosti této oblasti. Dále zde jsou přiblíženy metodiky sběru a jsou i popsány jednotlivé metody sběru, které se na daném území prováděly. Samozřejmostí je vyhodnocení metodiky výsledků. V teoretické části této práce jistě nesmí chybět i popsání základní charakteristiky pavouků, obecná charakteristika jednotlivých čeledí, vyskytujících se na dané lokalitě a samozřejmě nesmí chybět i zmínka o ochraně přírody. V praktické části této práce se autorka zaměřila na vytvoření přehledu nalezených druhů pavouků, jejich zařazení do příslušných čeledí a uvedení jejich českých a latinských názvů, jejich pohlaví, datum a samozřejmě příslušný způsob sběru. V této části můžeme naleznout zařazení nalezených pavouků v dané lokalitě do areálu rozšíření a do fytogeografické oblasti, jejich výskyt a typ stanoviště. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of this work was to carry out the determination the fauna of spiders living in a nature reserve Zlín. The research was from 2. 4. 2014 to 9. 11. 2014. The theoretical part will explain the chosen location PR Zlín. Furthermore, there are approached and collection methodology are described various collection methods, which are performed on a given territory. Of course there is an evaluation methodology results. In the theoretical part will certainly not be missed and describe the basic characteristics of spiders, general characteristics of individual species appearing on the site and can not be absent even mention of conservation. In the practical part of this work the author focuses on creating list of found species of spiders, their inclusion in the relevant menials and putting their Czech and Latin names, their gender, date and of course the appropriate method of collection. In this section we can find the inclusion of spiders found in the location in range and phytogeographical areas, their occurrence and type of habitat. | en |
