Plea bargaining belongs to diversions in criminal proceedings, but its application is not well-established especially among authorities. Therefore the author compares legal aspects of plea bargaining in the Czech Republic with the Slovak Republic. To sum it up author comes to conclusions how to make the application of plea bargaining more efficient. | en |
