dc.description.abstractPředmětem diplomové práce je výzkum a analýza názvů vesnic v česko-saském pohraničí a hledání paralel ve vývoji demografické situace v porovnání s vesnicemi v česko-bavorském pohraničí v kontextu česko-německého soužití. Teoretická část práce se věnuje onomastice a především toponomastice, osídlení česko-německého pohraničí a způsobům zániku obcí. Praktická část pojednává o vybraných zkoumaných oblastech a obcích ležících na hranici. Tyto obce jsou zkoumány z pohledu historie, aktuální situace, původu a vývoje jejich názvu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subject of the thesis is the research and analysis of the names of villages in the Czech-Saxon border region and the search for parallels in the development of the demographic situation in comparison with villages in the Czech-Bavarian border region in the context of Czech-German coexistence. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to onomastics and especially toponomastics, the settlement of the Czech-German borderland and the ways of disappearance of villages. The practical part deals with selected areas and villages located on the border. These villages are examined in terms of their history, current situation, origin and development of their name.en
