Prevence karcinomu děložního čípku a využití Liguid Based Cytology

Abstract

Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První část práce se věnuje rozboru tématu, anatomii a fyziologii ženských pohlavních orgánů a děložního čípku. Zabývám se etiologií karcinomu děložního čípku, etiopatogenezí a HPV infekcí. Věnuji se diagnostickými metodami a zvlášť se věnuji konvenční cytologii a Liquid Based Cytology. Dále se zabývám léčbou prekanceróz a karcinomu děložního čípku. Také se věnuji prevenci a screeningu, zde se zaměřuji na úlohu všeobecné sestry. Druhá část práce obsahuje analýzu získaných dat výzkumným šetřením, které bylo provedeno pomocí anonymních dotazníků. Získané výsledky vizualizuji.

The diploma thesis consists of two parts. The first part is devoted to analysis of the topic, anatomy and physiology of the female genitalia and cervix. I deal with the etiology of cervical cancer, and HPV infections ethiopathogenesis. I deal with diagnostic methods and here is specifically dedicated to conventional cytology and Liquid Based Cytology. I also deal with the treatment of precancerous lesions and cervical cancer. I focus on the role of nurses, prevention and screening there. The second part contains an analysis of the data obtained by research survey, which was conducted using anonymous questionnaires. I visualise results.
