dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením platné právní úpravy institutu použití agenta v českém právním řádu a zdůrazňuje ty aspekty právní úpravy, které mohou být z hlediska použití tohoto operativně pátracího prostředku problematické. V této souvislosti je v práci podrobně rozpracována problematika beztrestnosti agenta, policejní provokace a rovněž prostorových odposlechů. Na závěr práce srovnává platnou českou a slovenskou právní úpravu použití policejního agenta.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the valid legal regulation of the undercover agent in the Czech legal order and emphasizes those aspects of the legal regulation that can be problematic in terms of use of this operational and searching mean. In this context, the thesis elaborates in detail the issue of agent's impunity, police provocation and spatial eavesdropping. Finally, the thesis compares the current Czech and Slovak legal regulation concerning the undercover agent.en
