| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce se věnuje trestněprávnímu institutu nutné obrany upravenému v § 29 zákona č. 40/2009 Sb. Po počáteční kapitole obsahující historii tohoto institutu následuje část stručně pojednávající o okolnostech vylučujících protiprávnost jako celku. Jádro práce leží ve čtvrté kapitole věnované rozboru podmínek nutné obrany.Stranou nejsou ponechána ani automatická obranná zařízení, která jsou rozebíraná v páté kapitole, jejíž součástí je i dotazník.Práce obsahuje i krátké srovnání s úpravou nutné obrany na Slovensku. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis deals with criminal institute of private defense accordance with § 29 of Criminal Code (No. 40/2009 Coll.). The opening chapter contains a description of development of this institute. The next part is engaged to circumstances excluding legality. The nub of this work lies in the fourth chapter which deals with the current legal regulation of this institute. Attention is also paid to the use of automatic defence instruments. Additionally, part of this work is a chapter which includes the comparison with Slovak legal regulation of private defence. | en |
