dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na výjimečný trest odnětí svobody, jak je upraven současnou právní úpravou v oblasti trestního práva. Diplomová práce obsahuje vysvětlení pojmů trest, trestání, funkce a účel trestu a hlavní zásady trestání. Dále obsahuje stručný historický vývoj výjimečného trestu na našem území, výjimečný trest de lege lata, výjimečný trest de lege ferenda, komparaci výjimečného trestu s vybranými zahraničními zeměmi a statistiky počtů vězněných osob odsouzených k výjimečnému trestu odnětí svobody.cs
