| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce pojednává o metodách a technikách sebeobrany pro ženy, které jsou téměř každodenními obětmi násilných trestných činů. Teoretická část se zabývá anatomickými rozdíly mezi ženami a muži, ze kterých jasně vyplývá vstupní indispozice žen při fyzickém střetu s muži. Tato část předkládá, čeho by se ženy měly vyvarovat, ať už je to z hlediska psychologického působení na muže nebo výběrem místa a času, kde se pohybují.Praktická část práce popisuje, jak nejlépe aplikovat různé obranné techniky v praxi tak, aby jejich provedení bylo co nejjednodušší a nejúčinnější. Snahou bylo vybrat techniky použitelné pro co nejširší spektrum žen a to hlavně proto, aby i bez tréninku byly schopny se za použití běžných předmětů ubránit případnému útoku. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis describes methods and techniques of female self-defence, as women are are the everyday victims of violent offences.The theoretical part addresses anatomical differences between men and women, which clearly demonstrates initial indisposition of females during physical encounter with men. This part of the thesis shows what women should avoid, whether it is form of psychological influence of men or selection of place and time of their whereabouts.The practical part of this thesis describes best application of various defence techniques so that their execution is in its simplest form and with maximum result. Aim of this work was to select techniques usable by vast majority of women, allowing them to defend themselves against potential attack by using everyday items and without any previous training. | en |
