| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce je zaměřena na etiku a korektnost v podnikání. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zmapování úrovně podnikatelské etiky severočeských firem prostřednictvím jejich platební morálky. Dalším cílem práce byl průzkum vnímání podnikatelské etiky studenty Fakulty ekonomické na Západočeské univerzitě. V úvodní teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy, jež souvisí s danou problematikou. Praktická část obsahuje výsledky dvou dotazníkových šetření. | cs |

The chief goal of this paper was to map the level of business ethics in Northern Bohemian companies in view of their credit history. Another goal of this work has been to survey the perceptions of business ethics by economics students at University of West Bohemia.
