dc.description.abstractHlavním tématem této bakalářské práce je plánování projektu. Toto téma bylo zvoleno hlavně díky potřebě vytvořit plán projektu Implementace softwaru FACILITY MANAGEMENT ve firmě EvoBus Bohemia s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena do dvou navazujících částí. V první z nich je objasněna teorie týkající se problematiky plánování projektu a druhá část je zaměřena na tvorbu plánu výše zmíněného projektu. V teoretické části je nejprve shrnuta základní terminologie související s projektem a dále jsou popsány jednotlivé plány tvořené za účelem zdárné realizace projektu. V praktické části je vždy vybrána jedna konkrétní metoda tvorby plánu z teoretické části a následně aplikována na projekt implementace softwaru. Hlavním výstupem této práce jsou plány rozsahu, času, nákladů, zdrojů a rizik projektu realizovaném ve výrobním závodě v Holýšově.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe main topic of this bachelor thesis is a planning of the project. This topic was chosen because of the need to create a plan of the project Implementation of SW FACILITY MANAGEMENT in the company EvoBus Bohemia s.r.o. The thesis is divided into two connected parts. In the first one the theory related to the issue of the project planning is explained and the second part is focused to the formation of the plan of the implementation in the company. Firstly in the theoretical part there is said the basic terminology related to the project and after that the plans formed to reach the goals of the project are described. In the practical part one concrete method of the project planning is chosen and applied to the project of implementation of SW. The main result of this thesis are the plans of scope, time, costs, resources and risks of the project implemented in the company in Holýšov.en
