dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zaměstnanecké benefity. Cílem této práce je dle výsledků dotazníkového šetření navrhnout optimální strukturu a posoudit, zda jsou benefity vnímány jako nástroj konkurenceschopnosti na trhu práce. Práce je rozdělena do osmi kapitol. První kapitola obsahuje metodiku a cíle práce. Ve druhé kapitole je vysvětlena problematika odměňování, jsou zde popsány nástroje odměňování. Třetí kapitola se věnuje charakteristice zaměstnaneckých výhod, jejich výhodám a členění. Ve čtvrté kapitole je představena společnost ABC spol. s.r.o. Následující kapitola se věnuje popisu zaměstnaneckých výhod poskytovaných touto společností. Šestá kapitola obsahuje analýzu nákladů na poskytované benefity. Sedmá kapitola se zabývá vyhodnocením dotazníkového šetření a analýzou hypotéz. Poslední kapitola se zabývá doporučeními v oblasti v oblasti poskytování zaměstnaneckých benefitů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe submitted diploma thesis will focus on employee benefits. The aim of this work is, according to the results of the questionnaire survey, to design the optimal structure and assess whether the benefits are perceived as a tool of competitiveness in the labor market. The work is divided into eight chapters. The first chapter contains the methodology and objectives of the work. The second chapter explains the issue of remuneration, there are described remuneration tools. The third chapter deals with the characteristics of employee benefits, their benefits and classification. In the fourth chapter, the company ABC inc. The following chapter describes the employee benefits provided by this company. The sixth chapter contains an analysis of the costs of the benefits provided. The seventh chapter deals with the evaluation of the questionnaire survey and the analysis of hypotheses. The last chapter deals with recommendations in the field of providing employee benefits.en
