dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na problematiku státních a soukromých mateřských škol. Cílem práce je vytvořit podnikatelský záměr o založení soukromé mateřské školy v Rokycanech. Výstupem práce je závěrečné rozhodnutí, zda mateřskou školu vybudovat či ne. Práce se také zaměřuje na právní formy podnikání, které jsou obvyklé pro založení vzdělávací instituce. Dále se práce věnuje poskytovaným dotacím od Krajského úřadu a charakterizováním právních předpisů. Zjištění současné situace v Rokycanech probíhalo prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření, které je také obsaženo v této práci. Následně je zpracován podnikatelský záměr včetně marketingové strategie a finančního plánu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis is aimed to the state and private kindergartens. The aim of this thesis is to create a business plan by establishment of the private kindergarten in Rokycany. Based on the outcome we should be able to say, if the building the kindergarten is possible or not. The bachelor thesis is focused on the juristic forms of business plan that are common for the establishment of educational institutions , as well. Furthermore, the work is provided by grants from the Regional Office and characterizing the legislation. The current situation in Rokycany is determinated by the research, which is also included in this work. Finally there is the business plan prepared that includes a marketing strategy and financial plan.en
