dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení úrovně kvality služeb poskytovaných vlakovými dopravci na trati Praha ? Ostrava. Práce obsahuje tři hlavní části. V první části je vypracován teoretický úvod do problematiky marketingu služeb, následuje představení společností České dráhy, a.s., RegioJet a.s. a LEO Express a.s. a poslední část je věnována terénnímu výzkumu ve vlacích vybraných společností. Na základě výsledků provedeného výzkumu autorka diskutuje závěry a předkládá návrhy možných zlepšení v oblasti služeb poskytovaných dopravci.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe submitted bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the level of quality of services provided by train operators on the route from Prague to Ostrava. It consists of three main parts. The first part provides the theoretical introduction to the topic of marketing services, then the introduction of the Czech Railways, the RegioJet and the LEO Express follow and the last section is devoted to field research in trains of selected companies. Based on the research results author makes suggestions for possible improvements in the services provided by the carrier.en
