dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce, která nese název Rozhodovací procesy v kontextu mimořádných událostí je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se zabývám definicí rozhodování, jeho teoriemi a rozhodovacími heuristikami. Dále pak definicí mimořádných událostí, rozdělením mimořádných událostí, krizovými situacemi a reakcí na krizovou událost. V poslední kapitole teoretické části se zabývám kapitolou, která je nazvána Mimořádné události jako náplní profese, ve které je popsána definice Integrovaného záchranného systému, jeho složky, rozhodování se v mimořádných událostech a zátěž pracovníků. V praktické části jsou vyobrazeny výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu, kde zjišťuji, jak a podle čeho se pracovníci Integrovaného záchranného systému rozhodují v mimořádných událostech a krizových situacích.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis, entitled Decision-making processes in the context of extraordinary events, is divided into the theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part I deal with the definition of decision making, its theories and decision heuristics. Furthermore, I deal there with the definition of emergency occurences, how are these occurences splitted, with crisis situations and reactions to such situation. In the final section of theoretical part I deal with the chapter called Emergency ccurences as a content of proffesion, in which the definition of the Integrated Rescue System, its units, decision making in case of emergency occurences and the working load for the staff are described. In the practical part results of qualitative research, through which I investigate how, and based on what, do the members of the Integrated Rescue System make their decission facing emergency occurences and crisis situations, will be depicted.en
