Práce se zabývá jednak historickým vývojem jak exekuce správní tak i soudní, a poté jednotlivými předpoklady jejich provedení. Zaměřuje se ale i na problematiku exekučních titulů a souběhu výkonů rozhodnutí. V neposlední řadě porovnává podmíky provedení exekuce správní a soudní. | cs |
